How do I place an order?
Currently, we are only accepting orders via email or DMing us on instagram. You will be able to see our available items through our ordering page, but will not be able to check out.

How far in advance do I have to place an order?
Placing your order at least 72 hours in advanced is required in order for us to give you our sweetest best! If you have to have a 24 hour turn around time, still reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please be aware, there may be a "short notice" fee added to your total depending upon the difficulty of the task.

Do you deliver and ship out of state?
Yes, we ship out of state! We will cover up to 10% of shipping costs. However, once it ships, we are not liable for any mishaps with your items. We do our best to carefully wrap each item for ultimate freshness and presentation, but unfortunately, things do happen. We try to ship using next day air, but if you prefer a different method, just let us know!

We do deliver within a 10 mile radius, and accommodate to meet at a central location. We also utilize Uber package for delivery covering up to 10% of delivery costs.

Do you have any memberships or perks?
Yes! If you are a school, or need our services weekly, biweekly, or monthly, we will propose and develop a contract with you.
Your perks: receive discounts, free treats, and a monthly holiday box of the dessert you have contracted.

Can I customize my cupcakes?
Absolutely! You're allowed to chose the color, flavor, frosting, frosting flavor, wrapper color and toppings! You can mix and match as well. Basic orders will have a fee for more than 3 flavors.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, for orders over $50, a 50% deposit is required!

What happens if I need to cancel?
It's okay, these things happen! We just ask for 48 hour notice before your scheduled delivery/pick up date. We buy our ingredients fresh for your order so if you have to cancel, please be courteous of our time.

If you paid a deposit, it will be refunded if you cancel 48 hours in advance. Anytime after, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

According to our customers, snickerdoodle is our best selling flavor for every item! With most snickerdoodle sweets, you have the option to have vanilla doodle frosting/icing, snickerdoodle or seasoning!

According to our customers, our blueberry poundcake is a best selling item! Both moist and crunchy, this delectable treat is topped with powdered sugar and served with a side of freshly warm, homemade blueberry sauce!
